Congratulate Lindsey Graham on Winning "Jerk of the Week"

Congratulations to Senator Lindsey Graham (Weasel-SC) on winning this week's "Jerk of the Week" award! 

There's a whole lot of jerks in the Republican party, and competition was fierce, but this scrappy kid from the Palmetto State managed to rise above with his awe-inspiring flip-flop on whether a president could nominate a Supreme Court justice in an election year.
